Sparkbiz Summer Immersives were a new pilot this year! Partnering with El Centro Hispano, Durham Public Schools CTE program and Ice House Entrepreneurship Program (IHEP), Durham teens experience one - three week entrepreneurial immersion experiences, and earning two certificates: STEM + IceHouse. Staffed largely by previous echoReverb teen entrepreneurs and local university students, Sparkbiz was a huge success sparking 15 innovative business ideas focused on solving problems through technology.
